Service Description

During our 60 minute session video, we will create a solution focused on action plans that you can start to implement immediately. Before we start our session, I will send you an intake form with questions to get to know you and your family better to understand your family dynamic. During the session, we will spend this time finding the most important and pressing issues so that you can start to apply what you learn, immediately to help promote a healthy and happy life.
